The international flange-cutting pump is an upgraded model based on the conventional submersible sewage pump, equipped with a pre-installed cutting and grinding device and adopting international standard flange interfaces (ISO/DIN/ANSI). It is specifically designed to handle sewage containing long fibers, strips, hair, plastic films, hygiene products, kitchen waste residues, etc., which are easily tangled. At the pump's inlet, there is a cutting mechanism consisting of fixed blades and rotating blades. After the motor is started, the impeller cuts against the fixed blade disc in reverse direction, first breaking the tangled debris into fine particles, and then discharging them through the impeller. This solves the three major problems of "tangled shaft, blocked outlet, and stuck machine" at the source. Common series include WQAS, WQ(D)-SQG, etc. The entire machine operates underwater, with a compact structure. It is the main model for occasions such as septic tanks, small sewage stations, sewage elevators for villas, and ship engine room bottoms where "there is a lot of debris and the pipelines need to meet international standards".

Products features
Pre-cutting system: The shear pair is composed of a rotating cutter and a fixed cutter disc. The hardness is typically ≥ 60 HRC, which can cut long fibers, fabric strips, plastic bags, sanitary napkins, straw, etc. into sizes that can pass through the impeller. The fiber cutting capacity is strong, and the probability of entanglement is significantly reduced.
International flange interface: The inlet and outlet water ports are made with flange surfaces in accordance with international standards such as ISO/DIN/ANSI. In overseas projects, the pipelines are directly connected without on-site joint modification, saving installation time and component costs.
Material of flow passage components can be selected according to the medium: The standard model is cast iron, suitable for general domestic sewage and mild industrial wastewater; the 304/316 stainless steel model is used for seaside, aquaculture, food processing, and weakly corrosive media; the high-chromium stainless steel model (such as DPK type) is suitable for wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant combined working conditions.
Double-end face mechanical seal + oil chamber monitoring: The mechanical seal is usually equipped with tungsten carbide/silicon carbide hard secondary seals, which operate immersed in the oil chamber. For motors above 7.5 kW, a water leakage detection probe, winding temperature measurement, and anti-interference leakage monitoring can be added. The control cabinet has overload / over-temperature / water leakage / electric leakage protection functions.
Motor protection is in place: F-class insulation, IP68 protection, submersible cooling, actual temperature rise is low, continuous operation life is long; for motors below 7.5 kW, overcurrent protection is standardly equipped, and abnormal conditions automatically cut off the power supply.
Both installation methods are supported: Fixed double-guide rail automatic coupling (flange hard connection, no need for personnel to descend into the pit for maintenance) + mobile hose installation. It can be used in different working conditions.
