CZME operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with 126 primary production machines and 34 specialized equipment units, cover the entire manufacturing process, including model design and production, pump casting, heat treatment, precision machining, assembly, and performance testing. We utilize cutting-edge computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering (CAE) technologies, enabling 3D modeling, assembly interference checks, stress analysis, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations for optimal performance. Our advanced impeller designs significantly extend product lifespan, reducing operational costs for our customers. With a monthly casting capacity of thousands of tons, we use only the highest-grade wear-resistant materials from leading domestic suppliers. Our slurry pumps offer 2-5 times the lifespan of comparable domestic models, delivering exceptional durability and performance. Our facility includes both high-pressure and low-pressure test pump stations, ensuring 100% product qualification before shipment.
