The industrial wastewater pump is a sewage-discharging equipment specially designed for heavy-duty working conditions in factories, mines, municipal sewage treatment plants, etc. It is mainly used to convey industrial wastewater and domestic sewage that contain solid particles, fibers, abrasive impurities and certain corrosive components. The common industrial wastewater pumps are mostly of the submersible type (such as the WQ series). The motor is integrated with the pump body and works directly underwater without the need for a separate pump room. They occupy a small area and can be installed quickly, making them one of the most commonly used main models in the wastewater treatment system.

Products features

 

Anti-clogging impeller structure: Utilizes single-channel / double-channel or vortex impellers. It can pass through approximately 5 times the pump diameter of fibrous substances and about 50% of solid particles, reducing the risks of entanglement and jamming. It is suitable for industrial wastewater with complex impurities.
Material selection as per requirements: The standard cast iron model is applicable to non-corrosive media with a pH range of 5-9; the 304 / 316 stainless steel or duplex steel models can handle acidic, alkaline, salt-containing, and weakly corrosive wastewater; some models are equipped with cutting and grinding devices to deal with mixed sewage containing hair, fabric, and household debris.
Reliable sealing and monitorable: The mechanical seals commonly use hard and corrosion-resistant pairs such as tungsten carbide / titanium carbide, the oil chamber is equipped with a water leakage detection probe, and the stator winding is pre-installed with a thermosensitive element, which can be linked to the control cabinet to achieve water leakage / electric leakage / overload / over-temperature protection.
Full range of operating pressure, motor not overloaded: The working conditions are highly adaptable, with the medium temperature generally ≤ 60℃. Special models can be extended to higher or lower temperature ranges.
Low noise and energy saving: The submersible structure itself has a quiet water cooling effect, which is one notch lower than dry pump house units, and the motor cooling is good, with high continuous operation efficiency.

Industrial manufacturing: Chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, dyeing, papermaking, electroplating, steel smelting, cement plants, power plants, etc. discharge wastewater containing particles or fibers from their production processes.

Mining and engineering: Mine drainage, construction precipitation, transportation of mud and tailings. Wear-resistant models can handle high-sand-containing media.

Work mode and installation method

 

Fixed automatic coupling installation: The pump is hung on the double guide rails, and the outlet automatically connects to the outlet pipe seat through the coupling interface. To modify the impeller or the mechanical seal, simply lift the pump along the guide rails, and the outlet pipe will automatically detach. No one needs to enter the sump. It is suitable for use at workstations in sewage treatment plants and factories that operate continuously. Mobile soft connection installation: The pump body is placed directly below the liquid surface, and the outlet is connected to a hose. It can be moved to any location where water extraction is needed. This is suitable for scenarios such as site water drainage, temporary drainage, and emergency rescue where operations need to be carried out in different locations.
