True unobstructed flow capacity: With single/double flow channel impellers, vortex impellers or swirl impellers, the flow channels are wide and smooth, allowing solid particles with diameters up to 30% to 60% of the pump outlet diameter, as well as longer fibers and impurities. Without the need for additional cutting devices, it can effectively prevent blockages and ensure continuous operation.
Full submersible structure, easy installation: The pump and motor are integrated with an airtight seal, directly submerged in the sump for operation, without the need to build a ground pump house, saving construction costs. Combined with an automatic coupling device, it can be automatically lifted to the ground for maintenance along the guide rail without personnel going down the well, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Dual/multiple mechanical seals, reliable waterproofing: Two independent high-quality mechanical seals (such as silicon carbide/tungsten carbide) are used, with an oil chamber in the middle as a buffer and lubrication, and a leak sensor can be optionally selected. Under long-term submersible and frequent start-stop conditions, it effectively prevents sewage from entering the motor chamber, ensuring electrical safety.
Complete motor protection, suitable for harsh environments: Submersible motors usually adopt F-class or H-class insulation, equipped with sensors such as overheating protection, water leakage detection, and bearing temperature rise monitoring, which can work stably under partial submersion or frequent start-up conditions, extending the overall machine lifespan.
High efficiency and energy saving, low operating costs: The impeller and volute are optimized by water flow, maintaining high efficiency within a wide flow range, reducing energy consumption per ton of water conveyed. The motor efficiency complies with IE2/IE3 standards, and the economic performance is significant over the long term.
