The WQ type flanged sewage pump is an engineering variant of the WQ series submersible sewage pumps that features a flanged water outlet connection. It corresponds to the mobile hose model (equipped with rubber hose + hand-held handle). The flanged model is standardly equipped with PN1.0/PN1.6 standard flange water outlets and can be directly connected to hard pipes such as HDPE pipes, ductile iron pipes, and steel pipes. After being paired with the self-coupling installation system, it becomes the standard single unit of a fixed submersible sewage pumping station.

Description

The WQ type flanged sewage pump is an engineering variant of the WQ series submersible sewage pumps that features a flanged water outlet connection. It corresponds to the mobile hose model (equipped with rubber hose + hand-held handle). Products features

 

1. The pump adopts a single or double-blade impeller structure, with 5 times the pump diameter of fiber substances and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump diameter.
2. The sealing uses mechanical sealing materials, enabling the pump to operate stably!
3. The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, and maintenance is convenient. No need to build a pump room; it can work by simply filling it with water, reducing the engineering cost.
4. It can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet according to user requirements, automatically protecting the pump from water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overheating.
5. It can be equipped with a float switch to automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes, without the need for person supervision, and is convenient to use.
6. The WQ series sewage pumps can be equipped with a double-guide rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, which brings convenience to installation and maintenance.
7. It can be used within the entire lift range, preventing the motor from overloading.
8. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.

 

Usage conditions

 

1. The medium temperature should be within 60℃; the medium density is 1 to 1.3 kg/dm³.
2. The motor part is exposed above the liquid surface by 1/3.
3. The cast iron material is applicable within the pH range of 5 to 9.
4. 304 and 316 stainless steel materials are suitable for corrosive media.
5. The usage environment is within an altitude of 1000 meters.

Maintenance and upkeep

 

1. The electric pump should be managed and used by designated personnel, and the resistance between the winding and the pump casing should be checked regularly to ensure it is normal.
2. After each use of a thicker and more viscous slurry, the electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sediment from remaining in the pump.
3. If the electric pump is not used for a long time, it should be removed from the water and not be left submerged in water for a long time to reduce the chance of the motor stator winding getting damp and to increase the service life of the electric pump.
4. Under normal conditions, the pump should be refilled or the oil in the oil chamber replaced every 300-500 hours to keep the mechanical seal well lubricated.
5. After disassembling and repairing the electric pump, the casing components should undergo a 0.2 MPa airtight test for inspection.
6. The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the seal is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump. In such cases, it should be replaced.
