It does not block the impeller, and all fibers and solids can pass through: The single-flow or double-flow impeller has a wide channel without any entanglement points; the vortex-type impeller allows solids to flow through the central channel of the vortex shell without touching the impeller blades; the cutting-type impeller has a cutter disc and can cut and remove long fibers and soft debris. The three types of impellers are selected based on the medium. The WQ type non-blocking submersible sewage pump can basically cover the common blockage spectra of "domestic sewage + mild industrial wastewater + slaughter and breeding wastewater".
Submersible structure, no need for pump room and saves construction cost: The entire machine is submerged underwater, the motor is self-cooled by the transported medium, no need to build a pump room, no need to fill and draw water, no need to exhaust air. The installation cost is more than 40% lower than that of horizontal sewage pumps, and it is the only solution for scenarios where "a pump room cannot be built" such as underground garages, foundation pits, and catch basins.
Double-end face mechanical seals + oil chamber + triple protection: Two sets of mechanical seals are connected in series (the upper one prevents medium, the lower one prevents the oil chamber), the oil chamber is filled with 32# mechanical oil and serves as both a buffer and leak detection; an underwater water leakage probe is installed in the oil chamber (oil-water emulsification triggers an alarm), and an overheat protection device and winding PT100 are installed in the motor cavity, which can be connected to the control cabinet to achieve "leakage + overheat + overload" automatic protection, and it is feasible without human supervision.

Applicable conditions
1. The working medium is non-corrosive clear water, and the volume ratio of sand content in the medium does not exceed 0.10%, with a particle size no greater than 0.20mm. 3. The electric pump should be used within the specified range of the rated head. 4. The electric pump should be fully submerged in water, with the diving depth not exceeding 3 meters and the maximum depth not exceeding 5 meters. The electric pump should be 0.5 meters above the water bottom but should not sink into the mud. 5. The power frequency is 50Hz, the single-phase voltage is 220V, the three-phase voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9 - 1.1 times the rated value.
2. The medium temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the pH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5.
