Description

The WQ series stainless steel sewage non-blocking electric pump is equipped with stainless steel components and possesses all the functions of ordinary non-blocking pumps. A special rubber double mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor. At each fixed point, a special rubber "O" ring is used as a static seal, enabling the pumping of sewage containing weak acids and weak bases. This electric pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, large flow rate, and environmental friendliness.

Options for impeller protection: Standard models come with single/double flow impellers, featuring strong performance; optional vortex types (for fiber applications in various scenarios) or cutting types (for septic tanks/kitchen waste); the large-channel model can pass solid particles of approximately 50% of the diameter, and the fiber passing capacity is about 5 times the diameter.
Removable structure design: This is the core of the "repairable submersible pump" positioning - the upper cover of the motor can be disassembled, the oil chamber has observation/ventilation holes, and the sealing chamber is arranged in double layers in series. After wear, the entire machine does not need to be scrapped; replacing the sealing ring, oil, and bearings can continue to operate, and the life cycle cost is lower than that of the one-time structure.
Sealing reliable: Double-end face mechanical seals, commonly using tungsten carbide/silicon carbide hard seals, operate immersed in the oil chamber; for models above 7.5 kW, oil leakage probes, winding PTC temperature measurement, float leakage switches can be equipped, and connected to the control cabinet to achieve four protections (leakage/oil leakage/overload/overheating).
Material selection as needed: The HT200 cast iron model has the largest volume and is suitable for general sewage with pH 5–9; 304/316 stainless steel models are used for seaside, aquaculture, food, and weakly corrosive media; high-chromium alloy models are suitable for high-erosion mineral slurry tailings.

Assembly and Disassembly
The correct assembly of the pump is of vital importance to its performance. The centerline of the impeller outlet must be aligned with the centerline of the inlet. If there is a slight deviation, the overall performance will be affected and the efficiency will decrease. Therefore, the sealing gap between the rotor part and the stator part should comply with the specifications. If the gap is too small, it will cause component wear and pump body vibration, thereby shortening the pump's service life; if the gap is too large, it will reduce the pump's efficiency due to increased leakage. The assembly and disassembly of the pump must be carried out strictly in accordance with the assembly drawing.

Work mode

 

Start, run and shut down
Start up
1. Before starting, manually rotate the pump to check if it can operate smoothly.
2. Remove the motor from the pump (i.e., remove the pin of the coupling). Check if the motor can be reversed correctly (if using a claw-type coupling, there is no need to remove the motor from the pump).
3. Fill the pump with water or create a vacuum to start the pump, and close the outlet valve and the pressure gauge cock.
4. Start the pump, open the valve of the pressure gauge, the valve of the vacuum gauge, and the outlet gate until the pointer of the pressure gauge points to the desired pressure.
Operation
1. The balance pipe must not be blocked.
2. The temperature rise of the pump should be monitored. It should not exceed 35°C above the ambient temperature. The maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 75°C.
3. The axial displacement should be within the allowable range. The packing gland should be tightened to ensure no dripping leakage.
4. The pump should be inspected regularly during operation. If the gap between the impeller and the ring increases due to wear, the impeller and the ring should be replaced.
5. Users should prepare detailed operation manuals based on specific circumstances.

Shut down
Slowly close the outlet valve, turn off the water tap of the pressure gauge, and then stop the motor operation.
