Submersible Pumps
Product Features
Submersible pumps are electromechanical integrated devices. Their core feature is that the motor and pump body are coaxially connected, allowing the entire unit to operate submerged in liquid. This eliminates the need for a pump house, simplifying installation and reducing footprint. The pump employs a vertical structure, with the pump body submerged in the liquid during operation, eliminating the problem of venting and cavitation. It is easy to start and leak-free, with a submersion depth of up to 15 meters.
Structural Design
The application characteristics of submersible sewage pumps are mainly reflected in: a unique, highly efficient, and non-clogging impeller structure that effectively handles sewage containing solid particles and long fibers; convenient installation, achievable automatically through an automatic coupling device, saving on pump house construction costs; reliable operation, utilizing new mechanical seals and high-quality bearings to extend service life, and the option to equip sensors for automatic protection; and automated control, equipping a level control cabinet to automatically start and stop the pump based on liquid level changes, requiring no manual supervision.

Core Technical Features
Non-clogging Impeller Design
Utilizing a single-channel or double-channel impeller, it offers excellent flow characteristics, effectively conveying solid particles and long fibers. Its flow capacity is stronger than traditional impellers, effectively preventing clogging.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving
Utilizing a high-efficiency motor and optimized volute design, it achieves significant energy savings while providing power.
Reliable Mechanical Seal
Employing a double-end mechanical seal made of new hard, corrosion-resistant materials (such as tungsten carbide), it enables long-term continuous operation.
Installation and Maintenance Features
Savings on Civil Engineering Costs
The pump operates submerged in water, eliminating the need for a dedicated pump house, thus saving significant land and infrastructure costs.
Automatic Installation and Maintenance
Large units are typically equipped with automatic coupling devices, enabling automated installation and convenient maintenance, avoiding manual entry into the sewage pit.
Variable Installation Depth
The submersible structure allows for adjustment of the installation depth to accommodate different depth requirements.

Company Introduction
CZME is a world-class manufacturer of high-performance pumping solutions, serving industries such as mining, construction, environmental protection, and water treatment. We specialize in manufacturing slurry pumps, dredging pumps, desulfurization pumps, marine dredging pumps, and other industrial pumps for handling solid, highly abrasive, and corrosive slurries.
Application Scenarios
Submersible pumps are widely used in various industrial sectors and special applications:
- Chemical Industry: In chemical production processes, submersible pumps are widely used to transport various corrosive liquids, solvents, additives, etc. Due to the often highly corrosive nature of chemical media, the corrosion resistance of submersible pumps is particularly important in this field.
- Petroleum Industry: Submersible pumps are used in the petroleum industry to transport crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, etc. During petroleum storage and transportation, submersible pumps are used to extract or inject liquids from storage tanks or transport vehicles.
- Pharmaceutical Industry: In pharmaceutical processes, submersible pumps are used to transport pharmaceutical solutions, solvents, slurries, etc. The pharmaceutical industry has extremely high requirements for equipment cleanliness and hygiene; the leak-free characteristics of submersible pumps have a significant advantage in this field.

- Environmental Protection: Submersible pumps are also widely used in sewage treatment and wastewater treatment. Submersible pumps play a vital role in wastewater treatment plants, rainwater storage tanks, pumping stations, and flood control and irrigation systems.
- In the food industry, submersible pumps can be used to transport various food liquids, such as beverages and dairy products. The food industry has strict requirements for equipment materials and hygiene, making food-grade submersible pumps made of materials such as stainless steel widely used in this field.
- Underground Transportation: Submersible pumps are commonly used for liquid transportation in underground pipelines, such as crude oil transportation in oil refineries and water treatment in mines. Their vertical structure design gives them a unique advantage in underground operating environments.
Furthermore, submersible pumps are widely used in urban water supply and drainage, water environment improvement, mine rescue, industrial cooling, farmland irrigation, seawater lifting, ship ballast adjustment, fountain landscaping, and many other fields.
