The cutting-type submersible sewage pump is an upgraded product that is based on the ordinary submersible sewage pump. It adds a set of high-strength cutting/tearing mechanism (rotating cutter disc + fixed cutter ring) at the inlet end. Its core logic is quite simple:
First, shred, then pump - cutting off the "tangled pump and blocked pipe" at the source.
When the sewage contains items such as wet wipes, fabric fibers, plastic films, hair, and band-like debris that are prone to tangling, ordinary vortex pumps tend to "collect grass into a rope", getting tighter and tighter until it gets clogged; while the cutting pump cuts these debris into fine fragments at the moment of water intake, and then sends them out through the non-blocked impeller, significantly reducing the frequency of pipe blockage and machine shutdown.

① Portable free-standing type (most common)
The pump body is directly placed into the septic tank / collection well / sewage pit, and the water outlet is connected to a hose or steel pipe.
Suitable for: Rural toilet renovation, villa sewage discharge, temporary construction sites, small integrated equipment sets.
Advantages: Fastest installation, lowest cost.
② Fixed automatic coupling type (more standardized)
The pump slides along the guide rod into the bottom of the well and automatically couples with the water outlet base; during maintenance, the chain is pulled out and people do not need to enter the well.
Suitable for: Small commercial / municipal small lift stations with strict standards.
Advantages: Safe and compliant, convenient maintenance.
