Ordinary submersible sewage pumps are usually designed based on a medium temperature of ≤ 40℃. Once the working conditions involve high-temperature water from boilers, heat exchangers, return water, cleaning, or hot springs, the insulation and seals of the ordinary motor will rapidly age or even fail.
The WQR series is an upgraded solution for such scenarios: based on the submersible structure, the systemically adopts high-temperature-resistant motor insulation systems (commonly H class/high-temperature-resistant copper wire insulation treatment), high-temperature-resistant lead-out cables, high-temperature-level elastomers (such as fluororubber/FKM oil seal/O-ring), and more temperature-resistant mechanical seals (commonly SiC/SiC etc.), allowing the pump to operate stably at higher liquid temperatures for a long time, while retaining the no-clogging channel/anti-tangling impeller capability required by the sewage pump, to discharge hot wastewater/hot water containing fine particles, silt, and fibers.

High-temperature resistant all-copper motor
It uses all-copper coils, with a longer service life and uniform heat distribution. The cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are processed by high-temperature resistant technology. All products undergo inspection and testing before leaving the factory.
High-precision rotor
It is made through precision processing and casting. The rotor runs smoothly and its surface is treated for rust and moisture prevention.
Flow channel type impeller
It adopts a flow channel type impeller, which has a large flow rate and a large water extraction capacity. It is durable, not prone to jamming and resistant to wear and corrosion. The alloy is high-temperature resistant, oxygen-resistant, aging-resistant and durable.
NSK bearings
The NSK bearings imported from Japan are durable and run more smoothly.
High-temperature resistant sealing ring
It can withstand 100 degrees of hot water, has good high-temperature resistance, and is not prone to leakage.

High-temperature material system, not "change the coil": H-class insulation orientation + high-temperature enameled wire/high-temperature lead wire cable + high-temperature sealing material + oil chamber/bearing system considering thermal expansion and lubrication - the goal is the lifespan and continuous operation stability in a high-temperature water environment.
Still design the hydraulic components based on "discharge": large channel/non-blocking impeller concept (many models also offer bottom stirring/mixing device options), reducing clogging and shutdown when pumping high-temperature return water and sludge hot water.
Electrical cabinet-level protection is more marketable: can be equipped with control cabinet/protection module, providing monitoring for leakage, phase loss, overload, and reduced voltage startup, suitable for unmanned pump pits/collecting wells.
Installation saves civil engineering: for submersible use, the structure is compact; and it can be paired with an automatic coupling device (guide rail sliding in/out), maintenance does not require personnel to go down the well.
Material selection is available (according to project requirements): cast iron is the conventional choice; for some diameters/components, 304/316 stainless steel wet parts can be made for use in environments with both corrosion and heat (hot springs, some chemical hot water circuits).
Applications
Boiler house & steam system drains: Boiler blowdown / fixed discharge / condensate recovery pit drainage, return water pit discharge from heat exchange station (high temperature + possibly with rust debris).
District heating / HVAC: Pressure relief drainage of heating system, water collection pit in underground heat exchange machine room, lift of high-temperature condensate water (calculated according to medium conditions).
Laundry / car wash / food plant: Commercial laundry wastewater at high temperature, hot water drainage from cleaning lines (often mixed with fibers/micro-particles).
Geothermal / spa / hot spring: Hot spring bathing, health care center, partial geothermal water extraction and discharge (corrosion + temperature dual factors).
Municipal / civil works: Deep water accumulation during hot seasons, hot water collection from construction sites, emergency drainage of high-temperature seepage water from subway/underground areas (must comply with on-site safety and explosion-proof zoning requirements).
Light industrial process effluent: Emission of "hot water + particles" from electroplating/chemical/pharmaceutical etc. (here, it often determines whether you need a stainless steel wet section and higher sealing level).
