A submersible sewage pump is an integrated pump unit designed to operate submerged in liquid, primarily used in municipal projects, industrial wastewater treatment, building drainage, and agricultural irrigation, covering applications such as hospital sewage discharge, mine drainage, and farmland irrigation.

This equipment features an integrated pump and motor structure, allowing direct installation in a sewage pit, saving pump room space and ensuring stable operation. Its core design includes a large-channel anti-clogging impeller capable of handling fibers up to five times the pump diameter and solid particles up to 50% of the diameter, along with dual-stage tungsten carbide mechanical seals that support continuous operation for over 8,000 hours. The secondary impeller uses a hydrodynamic seal to reduce mechanical seal pressure, complemented by a leak detection probe and a fully automatic safety control cabinet providing multiple protections such as overload and electric leakage. It supports float switch level control and dual-rail automatic coupling installation, suitable for media with a pH of 4-10 and a water temperature of ≤60°C, and offers both fixed and mobile installation options.
