Vertical Dredging Pump: The motor is located above the liquid surface, while the pump body operates submerged. This setup avoids the risk of submersible motor water ingress and burnout, allows dry running, and is especially suitable for conditions with low water levels or poor suction.
Submersible Dredging Pump: The entire unit is submerged underwater, with no suction lift limitations, strong sediment suction capabilities, simplified structure, and easy operation. It is commonly used in dredging projects.
Material and Wear Resistance: Flow-through components (such as pump casing, impeller, and wear plates) are generally made of high-chrome alloy or high-chrome cast steel, with Rockwell hardness reaching HRC58 or above. This provides excellent wear and corrosion resistance, extending equipment life.
Auxiliary Functions: Some high-end models are equipped with agitation impellers, which stir up sediment at the bottom into turbulence for simultaneous suction, improving dredging efficiency.
Flow and Head Range: The flow range is wide, from tens of cubic meters per hour to over a thousand cubic meters per hour, with head up to 5–70 meters. Motors of different power (typically 7.5 kW to 200 kW) can be selected to meet project requirements.
