The submersible sewage pump for mining drainage is a special submersible electric pump designed specifically for harsh drainage environments such as mines and shafts. It features core characteristics such as explosion-proof, wear-resistant, non-clogging, and high head. The pump adopts an explosion-proof motor design, meeting the explosion-proof requirements of underground coal mines, and can operate safely in environments containing explosive gas mixtures of methane or coal dust. The entire unit is a dry-type submersible pump, and the motor uses an oil chamber seal with an internal mechanical seal, effectively preventing high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity. The impeller adopts a single-channel or double-channel design with a large flow channel, capable of passing larger solid particles (up to 50mm), without suction head limitations, and with high sludge suction efficiency. In addition to the main impeller, a stirring impeller is also provided, which can agitate the sludge settled at the bottom of the water into turbulent flow before extraction, achieving high-concentration transportation.

Fixed automatic coupling or mobile free installation can be used as needed. The automatic coupling device simplifies the connection between the pump and pipeline, facilitating installation and maintenance, and preventing personnel from entering the hazardous sewage pit.
