Structural Features

The entire unit adopts a horizontal split or segmented structure, with the pump body and engine coaxially connected, resulting in high power transmission efficiency. Equipped with a vacuum-assisted self-priming system, it eliminates the need for priming and a foot valve, achieving a suction lift of 7-8.5 meters. The control system uses an intelligent digital operating system that can display diesel engine parameters (oil temperature, oil pressure, speed, voltage, etc.) in real time and has overload protection and alarm shutdown functions. The trailer chassis adopts a dual-axle four-wheel or single-axle dual-wheel structure, equipped with spring steel leaf shock absorbers and an independent suspension system, achieving a towing speed of 30-80 km/h.

Material Description

  • Pump Body Material: High-strength ductile iron QT500-7 or HT250 cast iron is used, possessing good strength and toughness, suitable for conveying clean water or media containing a small amount of solid particles. For corrosive media, 304 or 316 stainless steel can be selected, with a smooth surface, less prone to scaling, and a long service life.
  • Impeller Material: Stainless steel 304, 316L, or high-chromium alloy (Cr27, Cr30) is used, with a hardness reaching HRC58-62, offering excellent wear resistance. The open impeller design allows debris and cellulose to enter instantly without causing blockage.
  • Pump Shaft Material: Made of 45 carbon steel, 40Cr alloy structural steel, or stainless acid-resistant steel, heat-treated for high strength and wear resistance. The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal or packing seal to ensure leak-free long-term operation.
  • Pipeline System: The suction pipe uses a steel wire reinforced rubber hose, resistant to negative pressure and wear. The discharge pipe uses high-strength PVC or PE pipe, lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Quick couplings are made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, ensuring quick connection and reliable sealing.
