The electric centrifugal slurry pump is a type of pump equipment that uses a three-phase asynchronous motor as the power source and is driven by a coupling or belt to rotate the centrifugal impeller, thereby transporting abrasive slurries containing solid particles. Unlike submersible slurry pumps, it is installed on the ground or on a foundation, with the motor in a dry environment, making it convenient for maintenance and repair. The pump head adopts a volute or guide vane structure, and the impeller is of closed, semi-open or open type. The flow components are mainly made of high-chromium white cast iron (Cr26, 58–62 HRC), and stainless steel, duplex steel or rubber lining can also be selected according to the corrosiveness of the medium. This pump type is the standard configuration for slurry transportation in industries such as mining, coal preparation, power, and building materials, featuring high efficiency, wide head range, long service life, and ease of maintenance.

Heavy-duty bearing assembly: Tubular bearing housing, featuring a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings, capable of withstanding radial forces and residual axial forces. Lubricated with grease. The bearing body is equipped with a cooling water jacket (for high-temperature conditions).
Sealing type:
Packing seal: Low cost, simple maintenance, suitable for conditions with good water quality, with packing ring flushing.
Secondary impeller + packing combined seal: Utilizes the centrifugal force of the secondary impeller to reduce the sealing pressure, extending the life of the packing.
Mechanical seal: Single or double end face, SiC/SiC or WC/WC pair, suitable for valuable media or environments with strict environmental requirements.
Flow component material:
A05 (Cr26, 58–62 HRC): Standard wear-resistant type, suitable for strong abrasive media such as quartz sand and tailings.
A49 (low-carbon high-chromium): Resistant to weak acid corrosion, suitable for phosphate ore and desulfurized gypsum.
A33 (duplex stainless steel CD4MCu): Resistant to alternating chloride ions and acids and bases, suitable for seawater and chemical industries.
Natural rubber/polyurethane: Suitable for fine particles and non-pointy media, such as coal slime.
Replaceable inner liner: The impeller liner (sheath) and pump casing are separated for design, only the inner liner needs to be replaced after wear, reducing maintenance costs.
