4-inch ZJ Type Centrifugal Slurry Pump

The 4-inch ZJ Type Centrifugal Slurry Pump is a horizontal model in the ZJ series of slurry pumps with an outlet diameter of 100 mm (4 inches). It is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered, double-pump-shell centrifugal slurry pump. The pump body adopts an internal and external dual-metal structure - the outer layer is HT200 gray cast iron or QT500-7 ductile iron pressure-bearing shell, and the inner layer is a replaceable high-chromium wear-resistant alloy liner (Cr26–Cr28). The outlet can rotate at eight different positions at 45° intervals, adapting to various on-site pipeline layouts. 100ZJ is a medium-small diameter main model in the ZJ series, balancing flow rate and head, and is a classic choice for transporting abrasive slurry in industrial fields such as mines, power plants, and coal preparation plants.

Cantilevered impeller: The impeller is connected to the shaft by a threaded connection, making disassembly and assembly convenient; the front and rear cover plates have back blades, reducing leakage and improving efficiency and lifespan.
Three types of shaft sealing: packing seal (low cost, easy maintenance), auxiliary impeller + packing combination seal (mainly a pressure seal with very little leakage), mechanical seal (suitable for corrosive or environmentally sensitive media).
Eight-directional outlet: The discharge outlet can be rotated at eight different angles at 45° intervals, and can be installed without modifying the pump body to adapt to the direction of the on-site pipeline.
Transmission methods are diverse: elastic coupling direct connection (DC) is the main method, and narrow V-belt transmission (CR/CL/CV/ZV/ZR), hydraulic coupling, and variable frequency speed regulation can be selected.
Bearings: cylindrical bearing housing, lubricated with grease or thin oil, facilitating adjustment of the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and the bearing assembly can be removed as a whole during maintenance.

Mechanical Seal: Suitable for corrosive media or environmental protection zero-leakage requirements
Transmission Method: For power below 160 kW, V-belt drive can be used for variable speed; for larger power, elastic coupling direct connection is recommended.
