The high-head dredging and gravel pump is a high-head version specifically designed for large particles, strong abrasion, and long-distance transportation in the dredging pump/gravel pump family. It adopts a single-stage single-suction, cantilevered, horizontal axial suction structure. The pump body is connected by clamps to form a single pump shell, and the discharge outlet direction can be rotated freely within 360°. The flow components are made of high-chromium alloy or wear-resistant alloy steel, with a hardness of ≥58 HRC. On large models such as 1000WN, the hardness of the new alloy can reach 70 HRC, ensuring long-term stable operation even under the erosion of sharp particles such as quartz sand and shells.
