The slurry transportation slurry pump is a specialized heavy-duty slurry pump designed for scenarios such as mining beneficiation plants, metallurgical industries, and coal washing, where the slurry medium has high concentration, high hardness, and strong abrasiveness. This pump adopts a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump structure. The transmission method is either direct connection to the motor or through a belt pulley for speed variation. The bearings use rolling bearings or sliding bearings, and are lubricated by forced lubrication with a thin oil system.

It can extract media containing impurities such as sand particles, quartz stones, coal slag, iron slag, stones, limestone, etc. The maximum particle size diameter can reach 22CM.

Super high wear resistance, suitable for hard mineral slurries: The flow components are made of high-chromium alloy or ultra-high-chromium cast iron. The metallographic structure is martensite + carbide, with a hardness of HRC ≥ 62. When transporting hard media such as iron concentrate, copper tailings, and quartz sand, the service life is 8 to 10 times that of ordinary cast iron.
Double pump housing structure, low total life cycle cost: The heavy-duty mineral slurry pump adopts an inner and outer double-layer housing. The inner layer liner withstands wear, and the outer layer pump housing withstands pressure. After the liner wears out, only the inner liner needs to be replaced, while the pump housing can be used for a lifetime. The comprehensive operating cost is 30% to 40% lower than that of single-shell pumps.
Allow high concentration transportation, reduce dehydration steps: Slurries with a maximum weight concentration of 65% and a volume concentration of 35% to 40% can be directly pumped without prior dilution. This reduces the load on subsequent concentration and dehydration equipment and improves the overall efficiency of the beneficiation plant.
Can be multi-stage connected, meet long-distance pipeline transportation: The maximum single-stage head is 120 meters. When transporting mineral slurries to a tailings pond several kilometers away, 2 to 4 pumps can be connected in series, with a total head of up to 400 meters or more. Combined with wear-resistant pipelines, long-distance transportation can be achieved.
