The impeller is the rotating core component of the slurry pump, installed on the pump shaft and driven to rotate by the motor or diesel engine. The slurry is sucked in from the center of the impeller, accelerated under the action of centrifugal force, and then discharged towards the volute, completing the energy conversion. During replacement, the pump cover and the front guard plate should be removed first. The old impeller should be taken out using a special puller. The shaft head and keyway should be cleaned. A new impeller should be installed and the nuts should be tightened. The anti-loosening gasket should be crimped. The front guard plate and the pump cover should be reinstalled. After installation, a test run in a forward direction (clockwise) should be conducted by hand to check for any frictional abnormal sounds. Once confirmed to be without such sounds, the pump can be put into operation.

High chromium alloy material, long wear life: Made of KmTBCr27 high chromium cast iron, with a hardness of HRC ≥ 58, it can resist high-speed erosion from hard particles such as quartz sand, iron concentrate, and coal slag.
