They mainly include the impeller, the casing (casing lining), the front guard plate, the rear guard plate, the shaft sleeve, etc. The flow components of the ZJ slurry pump are supplied as complete sets according to the pump model and diameter. The common matching diameters range from 50 to 400 mm, with a flow rate of 10 to 2000 m³/h and a head of 10 to 100 m. The material of the flow components, apart from the standard high-chromium cast iron, can also be selected as duplex stainless steel (2205/2507) to cope with corrosive and wear-resistant combined conditions, or ultra-high chromium Cr30 to deal with extreme wear (such as quartz sand, iron concentrate). Each part is precisely cast, heat-treated, and processed according to the original factory drawings to ensure the assembly accuracy and interchangeability with the pump body and bearing frame.
