Impeller structure:
Main impeller + mixing impeller: In addition to the main impeller, an additional set of mixing impellers is added at the bottom, which can spray and break the deposited sludge into turbulence to achieve high-concentration transportation.
Impeller form: Includes closed, open, and semi-open impellers. The semi-open design increases the flow passage performance. Material processing: The material is cast using high-chromium alloys (such as CR26, CR27, CR28), ASTM A532, etc. The Rockwell hardness can reach above HRC58, and the Brinell hardness is ≥ HB550.
