103 Series Mechanical Seal

The 103 series mechanical seals are of the lightweight type and are mainly applicable to horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps (such as the D, DG, and DF series produced by Changsha Pump Factory). It complies with international and domestic standards such as DIN24960, ISO3069, and GB6556-94.

1. Compact structure: Integrated design, directly installed inside the inner diameter of the pump shaft, small in size and does not occupy space
2. Externally mounted spring isolation: The spring component is located outside the medium flow path, effectively isolating corrosion and blockage, and prolonging the lifespan of the elastic element
3. Corrosion and wear resistance: The friction pair can be selected from silicon carbide/graphite or tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide combinations, and the base material is stainless steel, capable of withstanding various media
4. Anti-vibration design: Coiled spring transmission design, the moving ring has excellent floatability, and is resistant to equipment vibration and impact
5. Various materials: The auxiliary sealing ring can be made of nitrile rubber, fluororubber, EPDM rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.
