3-inch Cast Iron Pump Casing

The 3-inch Cast Iron Pump Casing is the core shell component of centrifugal pumps, sewage pumps and other hydraulic machinery, responsible for converting the kinetic energy output by the impeller into pressure energy and guiding the medium to flow towards the outlet pipeline. 3 inches (DN80) is a common diameter for small and medium-sized pump sets, with a flow rate range of 20–100 m³/h and a head of 10–50 m. Our pump casing is made of HT250 (GG25) gray cast iron, which is the most mature casing material in the general pump industry - with good casting fluidity, excellent vibration reduction performance, moderate price, and the ability to ensure dimensional stability during long-term use through aging treatment. The flow channel of the pump casing is optimized based on the hydraulic model to reduce vortex and impact losses. The flange surface is finely processed, and the flatness of the sealing surface is ≤ 0.05 mm, ensuring the assembly accuracy with the motor bracket and bearing body.
