High-frequency linear vibrating screen is a kind of equipment that utilizes two vibration motors of the same model and synchronous reverse rotation to generate directional linear excitation force, driving the screen box to perform reciprocating vibration along the linear direction, thereby achieving efficient and precise screening processes such as material separation, dewatering, desilting, and desilting. Its core feature lies in the combination of "high frequency" and "linear" - the vibration frequency is much higher than that of ordinary vibrating screens (usually above 3000 times per minute), and the materials advance on the screen surface in a linear jumping manner. This design makes it particularly adept at handling fine and micro-fine materials and performing liquid-solid separation, and is a key equipment for achieving efficient classification and dewatering operations in industries such as mineral processing, coal, and chemical engineering.
Working principle
The core of the equipment consists of two vibration motors installed on the sieve box. These two motors have parallel axes but opposite directions of rotation. When they operate synchronously, the centrifugal forces generated by them superimpose in the direction perpendicular to the motor axes, forming a powerful directional linear excitation force; while in the direction parallel to the motor axes, the centrifugal forces cancel each other out. Under the action of this resultant force, the sieve box and the sieve screen are forced to perform directional linear reciprocating vibrations. After the materials fall into the sieve surface from the feed port, under the continuous high-frequency and small-amplitude linear vibration, they are repeatedly lifted and perform jumping-like forward movement. During this process, fine particles or liquids (in the dehydration operation) quickly pass through the sieve holes and become the sieve underflow, while coarse particles or solids move linearly along the sieve surface to the discharge port and are discharged.
Products features
High frequency and high efficiency, strong ability to handle fine-grained materials: The working frequency is high (usually 24-60Hz, which is 1440-3600 rpm), and the amplitude is small (usually 0.5-5mm). This parameter combination makes fine-grained materials less likely to clog the sieve holes, and the screening speed is fast, with extremely high screening efficiency and accuracy. It is especially suitable for fine and micro-grained materials ranging from 0.074 to 5mm.
Significant effects in dehydration, dewatering and medium removal: The high-frequency vibration greatly breaks the water film tension on the material surface and accelerates the evaporation and screening of moisture. Therefore, the dehydration efficiency is very high. In coal mining and mineral processing, it can effectively remove mud or heavy media (such as magnetite powder) from the products.
Simple structure and easy maintenance: It adopts dual vibration motors driven by self-synchronization, without the need for complex gear transmission devices or cumbersome box-type vibration exciter. The structure is simplified and the weight is relatively light. The vibration motor is a standard component, and maintenance and replacement are simple.
Adjustable screening trajectory, strong adaptability: By adjusting the installation angle of the two vibration motors (the angle between the excitation force direction and the horizontal plane, that is, the vibration direction angle), the movement speed and throwing intensity of the materials on the screen surface can be changed, thus meeting the screening requirements of different humidity, viscosity and particle size of materials.
