After materials enter the center feed port and fall onto the screen surface, under the combined action of centrifugal force, gravity, and excitation force, they spread out in a spiral pattern towards the outer edge. During this process, fine particles quickly pass through the screen and become the screen discharge, while coarse particles move along the screen surface to the outer edge and are discharged, achieving precise classification. Other types such as the linear screen generate directional linear vibration, pushing the materials to move in a straight line and for screening.
