Working principle

Small industrial sand screening machines are mainly divided into two types: vibrating type and roller type. Their working principles have different focuses:
Vibrating sand screening machine: Its core is a vibrating motor or exciter. After the motor is started, it drives the eccentric block to rotate, generating periodic excitation force, forcing the screen box with the sieve screen installed to vibrate at a high frequency (circular or linear trajectory). The materials fall from the feed port onto the screening surface. Under the continuous vibration and throwing, the fine materials (sand) smaller than the sieve hole size quickly pass through the sieve and fall down, while the coarse materials (stones, debris) move along the screening surface and are discharged from the other end, achieving efficient separation.
Rolling sand screening machine: Its core is a slightly inclined and rotatable hexagonal or circular screen mesh. After the materials enter the roller, they roll and slide along with the slow rotation of the roller. The fine materials fall through the sieve holes under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, while the coarse materials gradually move forward along the inclined angle of the roller and are discharged from the end. This method is particularly suitable for processing materials with a slightly higher moisture content and certain stickiness, and is less likely to clog the sieve mesh.
