Mobile self-priming sewage pump is a complete sewage disposal equipment that integrates a self-priming centrifugal pump head with a power source (motor or engine) onto a mobile chassis. Its core features are "self-priming" and "mobility" - the self-priming function means that when the pump is first started, it automatically discharges air from the suction pipe to create a vacuum, and then the sewage is sucked in by itself, without the need for manual water filling or installation of a bottom valve; the mobile chassis (with wheels) enables the entire pump to be moved to different operation points at any time, without the need for a fixed foundation. The pump head uses open or semi-open impellers, with a wide flow channel, which can smoothly pass through solid particles and long fibers of debris with a diameter of 25–50 mm, and is less likely to get clogged. This pump can be quickly put into operation for various tasks such as water accumulation on construction sites, fecal waste from septic tanks, livestock farm flushing wastewater, or water accumulation on municipal roads.
Structural features
Self-priming pump head: It adopts external mixing or internal mixing self-priming structure. The pump body is equipped with a water storage chamber and an air-liquid separation chamber. During the first start-up, a small amount of priming water (about 2–5 liters) is added. After that, no additional water is needed for each start-up. The self-priming height is 6–8 meters, and the self-priming time is 30–90 seconds (depending on the suction distance and pipeline length).
No-clogging impeller: Open impeller or single/double flow channel impeller. Fewer blades, wide flow channels, capable of passing solid particles of φ25–φ50 mm, low probability of fiber winding. The impeller material can be selected as HT250 cast iron, QT500 ductile iron, high chromium alloy (Cr26), or stainless steel.
Protection device: Electric type is equipped with phase loss/overload protector; Engine type is equipped with low oil level automatic shutdown, air filter indicator, and overheating shutdown.

Control Accessories: For the electric type, there are options for automatic start-stop based on liquid level float ball, variable frequency constant pressure, and wireless remote control; for the engine type, there are choices for electric start, remote throttle, and phase loss protection. •
