Single Stage Horizontal Centrifugal Pump

Single-stage horizontal centrifugal pump is the most widely used pump type in both industrial and civil fields. It adopts a single-stage impeller, horizontal installation, axial suction, and radial discharge structure. The pump body is of a volute type, and the impeller is a closed single suction type. The motor is directly driven through a coupling. Its core advantage is the "rear door" design - during maintenance, only the middle section of the coupling needs to be removed, and the rotor components can be completely withdrawn from the rear of the pump body. The inlet and outlet pipelines and the motor remain completely stationary, significantly reducing the downtime.

Post-opening structure: The pump body and pump cover are separated from the back of the impeller. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the pump body, piping, or motor. Just remove the middle section of the coupling, and the rotor components can be fully withdrawn for maintenance.
Casing-type pump body: The flow channel is smooth, with low hydraulic loss, and the efficiency can reach 70–85%. The bottom of the pump body is equipped with a drain screw for winter anti-freezing.
Closed impeller: Single suction closed structure, with 5–7 blades. The twisted blades optimize the hydraulic performance, resulting in high efficiency and low noise.
Hinged rotor: The impeller hingedly installed on the thickened shaft, and the radial load is borne by the heavy-duty bearing assembly, ensuring smooth operation.
Two options for shaft seals:

IS Type (Water Pump): It is used for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The medium temperature should be ≤ 80℃, and the solid content should be < 0.1%. It is suitable for industrial water supply and drainage, urban water supply, air conditioning circulation, fire protection pressurization, and agricultural irrigation, etc. The standard material is HT200 cast iron, and QT500 ductile iron or stainless steel can be selected.
IH Type (Chemical Pump): It is used for transporting corrosive liquids. The medium temperature should be ≤ 105℃, and the suction pressure should be ≤ 0.6 MPa. The flow components are Standard configuration SS304/SS316L stainless steel, with mechanical seals, and are suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection industries.
IR Type (Hot Water Pump)： It is used for transporting hot water or hot clear water. The medium temperature should be ≤ 130℃, and the shaft seal is equipped with a cooling water jacket, and mechanical seals + cooling water circulation. It is suitable for boiler feed water, heating circulation, and waste heat recovery, etc.
