SP Type Vertical Submersible Sewage Pump is a series of vertical centrifugal submersible pumps - the pump body is vertically inserted into the pool or pit, the impeller is submerged in the medium to work, and the motor is located above the liquid surface and drives the underwater impeller through a long shaft. Its core feature is the design without a shaft seal: no need for any shaft seal or shaft seal water, which fundamentally eliminates the leakage of slurry and ensures normal operation even under conditions of insufficient suction volume.

Products features

Vertical cantilever structure: The pump inlet is vertically downward, and the outlet is vertically upward on the other side of the pump. A heavy-duty cantilever shaft design is adopted (cantilever shaft design), with sufficient bearing, shaft, and housing dimensions to avoid the problem of the cantilever shaft operating in the critical speed zone.
Zero leakage without seals: No need for any seals or seal water. Submersible operation under liquid immersion. It eliminates slurry leakage at its source, without the need for an additional sealing water device, saving construction costs and meeting environmental protection requirements.
Double suction semi-open impeller: Adopting a high-capacity double suction semi-open impeller design (double suction semi-open impeller), it can pass through large particles. Wear-resistant alloys / polyurethane / molded elastomer impellers can be interchanged.
Optional vortex impeller and agitator: Optional recessed impeller (recessed impeller) for handling large-sized materials; optional suction agitator (suction agitator) to maintain solid suspension.

If the medium has both strong abrasion and corrosion → SPR rubber-lined type is better
