The low-pressure electric submersible slurry pump is a branch of the submersible slurry pump family specifically designed for low-pressure head and high-flow rate applications. It features a semi-open impeller, a wide flow channel, and a bottom stirring impeller. This combination enables the sediment at the bottom of the tank to be stirred into turbulence and then directly removed. The motor and the pump are integrated and submerged in the medium for operation. No ground pump room needs to be constructed, it is not limited by suction height, and the installation is flexible and mobile.

Flow passage material: The flow passage components such as the impeller, mixing impeller, volute, and guard plate are made of high-chromium alloy (Cr26), with a hardness of ≥ 60 HRC. Their wear resistance is more than 5 times higher than that of ordinary cast iron. Optional Cr28 ultra-high-chromium or rubber lining can be selected to adapt to different media.
Semi-open impeller + wide flow channel: Fewer blades and wide flow channels allow for passage of the largest solid particles with a diameter of up to 80 mm (intermittent passage), featuring strong sewage discharge capacity and low likelihood of clogging.
Low-pressure pump positioning: The maximum outlet pressure is ≤ 0.4 MPa (belonging to the low-pressure pump Pd ≤ 4MPa category), concentrating power on large-flow pumping rather than high-head pumping.
