ZJQ High-chromium Alloy Submersible Slurry Pump

The ZJQ High-Chromium Alloy Submersible Slurry Pump is an upgraded heavy-duty model based on the standard ZJQ submersible slurry pump. The flow components have been completely replaced with high-chromium white cast iron (ASTM A532 Class III Type A, commonly known as A05, Cr26). The hardness of the high-chromium alloy can reach 58–62 HRC, which is 3–5 times more wear-resistant than ordinary cast iron against sharp particles such as quartz sand, tailings, and coal gangue. The pump and motor are integrated coaxially and submerged underwater. No pump house or water filling device needs to be constructed. The pump comes with a bottom stirring impeller that can stir up the deposited sludge and discharge it with the pump, making it particularly suitable for mobile slag removal operations without a fixed installation location. The motor chamber is protected by an oil chamber and a double mechanical seal, allowing it to operate for a long time in slurry with a solid content as high as 60%.

Impeller structure: Semi-open or closed impeller, with the option of 2 to 6 blades. The flow channel is designed to be widened to reduce blockage; a standard agitator impeller is provided at the bottom, which can loosen the deposited layer.
Flow component material: Standard A05 (Cr26, 58–62 HRC); optional A49 (anti-corrosion type), A33 (duplex stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali erosion), natural rubber (suitable for fine particle non-pointed working conditions).
Pump casing: Double-layer structure, the outer layer is a QT500 ductile iron pressure-bearing shell, and the inner layer is a replaceable high-chromium alloy sleeve. After wear, only the inner liner needs to be replaced.
Submersible motor: Oil-filled or dry structure, F-class insulation, protection level IP68, built-in water leakage probe + overheat protection + oil chamber leakage probe for triple monitoring.
Sealing system: Two series-connected mechanical seals (tungsten carbide vs tungsten carbide, or silicon carbide vs silicon carbide), with an oil chamber for lubrication and cooling in the middle.
Installation method: Automatic coupling device (optional), chain/hydraulic rope suspension, sliding into guide rails, no need to empty the pool during maintenance.

Domestic benchmarking: The ZJQ series corresponds to domestic standards and can be installed interchangeably with the NSQ and WQ (slurry type) from some manufacturers. The material of the flow passage components is consistent with the Warman® series in terms of compatibility with material A05.
Material customization: A05 high chromium (standard) / A49 low-carbon high chromium (resistant to weak acid) / A33 duplex stainless steel (resistant to chloride ions) / Polyurethane (fine particles with low abrasion) / Natural rubber (mineral processing fine mud).
Motor customization: Explosion-proof type (ExdⅡBT4 / CT4, suitable for coal mine underground gas environment), high-temperature resistant type, high-pressure resistant type (direct drive 6kV/10kV high-voltage motor).
