After wear, it can be replaced separately, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The pump shell is vertically split in the middle, and the outlet can be rotated at eight different angles at 45° intervals for installation.

The ZJ Series Mine Mud Pump is the specific name for the ZJ series horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump used in the mining mud transportation process.
The pump is of a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal structure. The motor drives the pump shaft and the impeller to rotate through a coupling or belt, discharging the slurry containing solid particles in the direction of centrifugal force.
Its core structure is an inner and outer dual-metal dual pump casing: the outer metal casing (HT200 or QT500-7 cast iron/spheroidal graphite iron) withstands pressure, while the inner layer is a replaceable high-chromium wear-resistant alloy inner liner (Cr27/Cr30 etc. high-hardness alloy cast iron) or rubber liner. The inner liner can be used until it wears through, extending the maintenance period and reducing operating costs.
The pump casing is vertically split in the middle, and the outlet can be installed at eight different positions at 45° intervals, suitable for complex on-site pipeline layouts.

Double-metal dual pump housing: The outer metal pump housing withstands pressure, while the inner layer is a high-chromium wear-resistant alloy or rubber replaceable inner liner; after wear, only the inner liner needs to be replaced, without the need to scrap the pump body, extending the maintenance period and reducing operating costs.
Vertical mid-open eight-angle outlet: The pump housing is vertically split, and the outlet can be installed at eight different positions by rotating at 45° intervals. It is flexible for on-site piping.
Impeller structure: The impeller is composed of a front cover plate, a rear cover plate, 3-6 twisted blades, and 8 back blades. The material is high-chromium alloy cast iron, and it is connected to the shaft by a threaded connection; the wide flow channel design is resistant to blockage and can handle large solid particles.
Heavy-duty bearing bracket: Cylindrical or horizontally split mid-open heavy-duty bearing assembly, facilitating adjustment of the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate during maintenance; the bearings are lubricated with thin oil or grease; pumps of ZJ and above types have water cooling devices, providing sufficient cooling for the bearings.
