The ZJE filter press feed pump is a specialized pump type that has been optimized based on the ZJ type slurry pump, taking into account the specific pressure curve of the feed process for the filter press. The core improvement is the enhancement of the pump's pressure-bearing capacity + the adaptation of the hydraulic model to the variable flow and variable pressure process. The feed pump of the ZJE filter press is designed by thickening the pump body, optimizing the width of the impeller outlet and the throat area of the volute, resulting in a "steep drop type" performance curve of the pump - when the flow rate decreases, the head automatically rises, precisely matching the pressure requirements of the filter press throughout the entire cycle from filling to pressing.

Leak-proof sealing design
It adopts a multi-layer high-strength packing rope seal. Combined with pressure-reducing covers and auxiliary impellers, it reduces the pressure on the shaft seal, ensuring no leakage during the operation of the pump body.
Lubrication structure design
The pump has an in-built sealing lubrication structure. The sealed circulating water provides more direct and effective lubrication and flushing for the pump's sealing system.
Quick pressure increase / Double impeller design
The initial feeding flow is large and the pressure rises quickly. In the later stage, the flow is small and the pressure is high.
All the flow components are made of high-chromium alloy, which has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance and a long service life. The service life is 50% longer than that of ordinary materials.
