This product features an outer pump shell made of ductile iron or gray cast iron, which does not come into contact with the slurry and only bears the pressure; the inner layer is equipped with replaceable high-chrome wear-resistant alloy liners or rubber liners. The liners can be replaced separately when worn out, without the need for the entire pump to be replaced, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The impeller, sleeve, guard plate, throat liner, etc., are made of A05 high-chrome white iron (KmTBCr26), Cr27, Cr28, Cr30A (A49), etc., with hardness ranging from HRC58 to 65. The over-flow wall thickness is thickened to resist sand and stone impact and resist slurry erosion. The continuous operation life of this pump is much longer than that of ordinary slurry pumps.
