01 Large crushing ratio
The crushing ratio is an important evaluation indicator for jaw crushers. It indicates the degree to which the raw material size is reduced after crushing. After the ore is crushed, the particle size decreases, and the ratio of the particle size before crushing to that after crushing is called the crushing ratio.
02 Uniform particle size
When materials are crushed, the size of the materials is fixed. The smaller the product particle size, the larger the crushing ratio. To obtain small particle sizes for the products, the size of the discharge opening must be adjusted. Jaw crushers adopt the crushing principle, which significantly increases the proportion of cubic stones in the products and reduces flake and chip stones. The particle size becomes more uniform.
03 Simple structure
The jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, working mechanism, transmission mechanism, adjustment device, tensioning device, safety device and lubrication system. It is cast in one piece using manganese steel. It is mainly suitable for crushing large, medium and small-sized stones and corresponding objects.

The maintenance of jaw crushers is relatively simple. Tunnel Ditch Waste and Hydropower Project Stone: Uneven stone quality, occasionally with iron parts/anchor head remnants, more demanding on "impact resistance + wear resistance + controllable release".
Construction Waste (Predominantly Concrete/Brick) : The hardness may not be the highest, but steel bars and hard nodes are not friendly to the tooth tips; Wear-resistant tooth plates + iron removal enhancement are more reliable.
