Mobile Crushing Vehicle

The mobile crushing equipment adopts a modular assembly form and an integrated structure for the unit installation. Besides the main equipment such as feeding, crushing, screening and conveying, the chassis, frame, generator set, etc. are all integrated on one vehicle. According to the processing raw materials, scale and product requirements, different configurations can be adopted. Commonly, there are jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, sand-making machines, etc. They can be selected freely, eliminating separate components and reducing the process flow.

The operation process of the tire-type mobile crushing station is basically the same as that of the fixed crushing line, but all the equipment is integrated on a single chassis and can be rapidly deployed through the traction and leg systems.
Transportation and positioning: After the equipment is assembled and debugged in the factory, it is connected to the semi-trailer chassis via the traction pin by the tractor head, and then transported to the construction site via road. After arriving at the site, the tractor disengages and the operators operate the hydraulic system to extend the legs, lift the entire machine to a horizontal position and lock it, so that the tires are off the ground to bear the load. The entire process is usually completed within 30 minutes and does not require any concrete foundation or anchor bolts.
Crushing operation process (taking the standard closed circuit unit as an example):
Receiving and pre-sieving: The excavator or loader dumps the materials into the receiving hopper, and the vibrating feeder evenly conveys the materials into the crushing main unit. Usually, a bar grid is set at the front end of the feeder to screen out soil and fine materials in advance, reducing the load on the main unit.
Crushing: The materials enter the crushing main unit (selecting jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher according to the material characteristics) to complete the set crushing task.
Sieving and closed-loop circulation: The crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen for classification by the main belt conveyor. The qualified products are output by the side discharge belt conveyor or the main stockpile belt conveyor; the unqualified oversized particles are sent back to the crushing main unit for re-crushing through the return belt conveyor to form a closed-loop process until all are qualified.
Multi-machine joint operation: When multiple levels of crushing are required, the jaw crusher mobile station (for coarse crushing), the impact crusher or cone crusher mobile station (for medium and fine crushing), and the screening mobile station can be connected in series one after another, and connected by the belt conveyor to form a complete mobile crushing and screening production line.
Power mode: The tire-type mobile station usually adopts external power supply drive, which is its most significant economic advantage compared to the crawler type. The power supply drive not only has low operating costs and low noise, but also eliminates the daily maintenance of diesel engines. For remote construction sites without an electric grid, a vehicle-mounted diesel generator set can be configured as a temporary power source, or a pure diesel direct drive scheme can be adopted.

 

 

Recycling of construction waste: At urban demolition sites, mobile stations with tire wheels can be directly towed by tractors to the construction site, where they can crush the construction waste on-site to produce recycled aggregates for use in road base layers and brick production. Their low emission (powered by city electricity) feature meets the requirements of urban environmental protection, and no on-site civil construction is required.
Temporary coarse crushing for open-pit mines and quarries: In small and medium-sized mines or quarries, mobile stations with tire wheels can be used as temporary coarse crushing stations. They can move with the advancing mining face to avoid the cost of frequent relocation of fixed stations. For mines with a shorter service life, tire-type is an economical choice.
Linear projects such as highways, railways, and hydropower: Along the project route, a large amount of aggregates are needed, but the location selection of fixed stations is difficult and the construction period is tight. The mobile station can be transferred sectionally according to the construction progress, process the mine waste or mining materials nearby, ensuring the supply of aggregates while reducing the cost of purchasing externally.
Leasing and subcontracting market: Due to its flexible relocation, quick start-up, and no need for civil construction, the mobile station with tires is naturally suitable for leasing and circulation according to the project cycle. Leasing companies can tow it to different construction sites to serve multiple clients, with high asset utilization.
Emergency and rescue: In the emergency and rescue stage after earthquakes, floods, etc., the mobile station with tires can be quickly transported to the vicinity of the disaster area by a flatbed truck, crush collapsed buildings and debris on-site, and provide aggregates and working surfaces for rescue and reconstruction.
