The ZJL vertical slurry pump is a heavy-duty power equipment specially designed for vertical transportation of high-level tanks, deep pits, and high-concentration, high-erosive slurry in sedimentation tanks. With its unique vertical long-axis structure, the motor and power components are located above the liquid surface, and the pump body submerged in the liquid is driven to work through a sturdy transmission shaft. This design perfectly addresses the sealing risks of submersible pumps in certain high-erosion, easily-tangled or high-temperature slurries, as well as the installation space and suction height limitations of horizontal pumps. Products features
Vertical deep pumping, compact structure: With the long-axis design, it can directly reach the bottom of the pool to a depth of several meters to several tens of meters for operation, achieving direct suction from the deep part. The vertical structure has a small footprint and is particularly suitable for pool entrances, platforms, or areas with dense equipment where space is limited. The installation foundation is simple, and no complex pump priming is required to start.
Excellent combination of wear resistance and corrosion resistance: The flow-passing components (impeller, pump casing, sleeve) immersed in the slurry can be made of high-chromium alloy cast iron, wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane, or special alloys. It can provide customized dual protection of wear resistance and corrosion resistance for different abrasive solid particles (such as mineral sand, ash residue) and corrosive media, extending the lifespan of the core components.
Reliable shaft seal and above-liquid bearing system: The key shaft seal system and bearing components are designed in the clean and dry area above the liquid surface. Heavy-duty mechanical seals or packing seals are adopted, and an external flushing water system can be configured to effectively prevent high-pressure slurry from leaking along the shaft upwards. The bearings operate in a good environment, with sufficient lubrication, long lifespan, and convenient maintenance.
