YZ Type Vertical Mud Pump

The YZ type vertical slurry pump is more commonly referred to as the YZ type vertical submersible slurry pump (also known as submersible sand pump or submersible slurry pump). It is a specialized branch of the vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump used in media containing solids and sludge.

Cantilevered submersible structure - the bearing is only in the "dry zone"
All the rolling bearings are concentrated in the bearing housing/bearing body above the liquid surface, and are protected and sealed by grease lubrication or oil bath lubrication; the submerged part is just a sufficiently rigid shaft + sleeve, with a semi-open flow channel formed between the impeller and the pump body/front cover, without mechanical seals or submerged bearings.
Semi-open impeller + suction edge mixing blades
Semi-open impeller: No front cover plate (or the gap between the front and rear can be controlled), the channel is more spacious, more friendly to solid particles, and less likely to "get stuck".
Mixing blades (mixing blades): Installed at the suction edge/side extension of the impeller, responsible for scraping the bottom surface, breaking minor crusts, and preventing a "vacuum" from forming in front of the suction port. This is the distinctive feature that distinguishes the YZ type from ordinary vertical clear water submerged pumps.
Flow components are wear-resistant
The quartz sand/slag in the slurry is like a "metal razor", so the flow components (pump body, impeller, front cover/sleeve) are mainly made of high-chromium cast iron types (Cr26/Cr27/Cr30 etc.) or modified wear-resistant alloys, with hardened layers that can withstand wear; non-flow structure components are made of carbon steel + anti-corrosion coating.

Municipal / Environmental protection: Flowing sludge and sediment from sedimentation tanks of sewage plants, sewage channels, and combined stormwater and sewage overflow pits
Cement / Building materials: Return ash slurry from the kiln tail and water-washed aggregate sediment pits
River / Port auxiliary dredging: Accumulated sand and silt around the sedimentation wharf, ship lock, and diversion pier
