Abrasion Resistant Slurry Pump

Abrasion Resistant Slurry Pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever and vertical centrifugal slurry pump. The motor of the submerged slurry pump is placed above the liquid level, and the impeller is driven by a long shaft. The sealing method can be selected as packing seal or mechanical seal. The immersion depth is less than 5 meters (limited by the rigidity of the long shaft, the liquid length can be customized according to user requirements).

The CPV submerged slurry pump utilizes abrasion-resistant high-chromium alloy castings for key flow components such as the pump body and impeller, offering strong resistance to wear, corrosion, and erosion. Rubber linings are also available upon request to enhance corrosion protection in specific media.

Equipped with a submerged suction inlet, the pump efficiently extracts high-concentration slurry from sumps, trenches, or other submerged applications.

It is suitable for intermittent operation and adapts to a wide range of working conditions and slurry types.

The impeller clearance can be easily adjusted by changing the shim thickness between the bearing housing and support, enabling simple maintenance and performance tuning.

Widely used in factory wastewater, fish pond dredging, municipal sewage discharge, sewage discharge,domestic wastewater, pig farm, metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, building materials, environmental protection and other sectors.
