The ZD-series slurry pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps. The ZDL-series slurry pumps are vertical, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps. Pumps with discharge port diameters of 25–80 mm feature a single pump casing; those with diameters of 100–200 mm feature a double pump casing. When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise. 1. Shaft Sealing: The shaft seal comprises a combination of auxiliary impeller and packing seals. The sealing water flow rate is typically approximately 1% of the pump's operating flow rate, and the sealing water pressure is about 0.7 times the pump's discharge pressure. 2. Drive Section: Pumps with port diameters of 25–80 mm employ cylindrical oil-lubricated bearing assemblies. Pumps with port diameters exceeding 100 mm utilize horizontally split oil-lubricated bearing assemblies, which incorporate dual water-cooling systems (inner and outer). The cooling water pressure is approximately 0.2 MPa. The external water supply connection sizes are as follows: G3/4 for the 743 bracket and G1/2 for the 406H bracket.
