AH Heavy-Duty Slurry Pump

The AH Heavy-Duty Slurry Pump Series are cantilevered, centrifugal, double-casing slurry pumps. Their pump bodies and covers are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners, making them suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical processing, coal, power generation, transportation, and river dredging.

Horizontal, cantilevered, centrifugal, single-stage slurry pump design. Drive types: direct coupling, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupler drive, gearbox drive, etc. Shaft sealing: multiple options including packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, or mechanical seal. The pump discharge can be rotated at 45° intervals, allowing installation at eight different angles for convenient piping connection and layout.

Ultra-Heavy Duty Abrasion Resistance: Wetted parts adopt Cr27/Cr30 high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, with strong erosion & impact resistance, suitable for high-concentration coarse particle slurries and much longer service life than standard slurry pumps.

Classic Horizontal Cantilever Design: Sturdy structure with strong radial bearing capacity, ideal for harsh heavy-duty continuous operation, low vibration and high stability.

Double Casing & Replaceable Liners: Outer casing for pressure bearing, inner wear-resistant liners/linings independently replaceable, low maintenance cost without replacing the entire casing.

Excellent Large Particle Handling: Wide flow passage and large impeller clearance, smoothly conveying sand, ore slag, tailings and other large particle media without clogging.

Full Working Condition Coverage: Heat-resistant and weakly corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh slurry transport in mining, metallurgy, power, dredging, chemical industry and other fields.
