WN Dredging Pump

The WN type dredge pump adopts a front-disassembly structure, making it easy to disassemble and assemble during maintenance. Special tools are provided according to the structural features of each component, ensuring convenient disassembly and assembly. The impeller is connected to the shaft via a standard four-start trapezoidal thread, which can transmit high torque and allows for easy disassembly and assembly. An impeller removal ring is installed at the shaft sleeve, facilitating the removal of the impeller.

• Excellent Cavitation Performance: The WN type dredge pump exhibits superior cavitation resistance, ensuring strong suction capability, enabling greater dredging depths and higher pumpable slurry concentrations.

• Strong Adaptability: The WN type dredge pump can achieve changes in pump head while maintaining a constant flow rate by adjusting the impeller speed or altering the impeller diameter.

• High Flow Capacity and Broad Applicability: The WN type dredge pump features a wider impeller flow passage. Combined with its inherent excellent passing ability, it effectively supports the performance range of dredging vessels, allowing continuous pumping of gravel or highly plastic clay without clogging.

Strong Wear Resistance
The impeller, shaft sleeve, front and rear guard plates (wear-resistant liners) in the flow-passing components of the WN dredging pump are all made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 58 HRC. This material ensures strong impact resistance while maintaining high wear resistance. The company's newly developed metal alloy material can achieve a hardness of up to 70 HRC. During the product design process, the service life matching between components has been fully considered, and the replacement cycles of wear-resistant parts are basically the same, thereby reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

High Efficiency and Low Consumption
Thanks to the adoption of an advanced hydraulic model, the dredging pump achieves a high efficiency level. The efficiency of the WN dredging pump is, on average, 2–3 percentage points higher than that of imported dredging pumps. Under the same output conditions, this results in lower fuel consumption.

Reliable Shaft Seal, No Leakage
The shaft seals of the 200WN–500WN series dredging pumps use mechanical seals, packing seals, or a combination of mechanical seals and packing seals. The shaft seals of the 600WN–1000WN series dredging pumps employ a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber sealing device, which consists of three L-shaped sealing rings and a sleeve with special threads.
