"Resistant to fine wear and anti-corrosion" dual material strategy
Fine particle wear-resistant solution: For the large number of sharp and fine particles (-200 mesh) in the tailings, the flow-passing parts are made of ultra-high chromium alloys (such as Cr28Mo2Ti) or customized ceramic composite materials, which can effectively resist micro-cutting wear and extend the service life 2-4 times longer than ordinary materials.
Anti-corrosion lining: For acidic/alkaline tailings water, optional rubber lining (natural/synthetic) or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) provides excellent anti-corrosion and anti-adhesion capabilities to prevent scaling.
Hydraulic model optimized for "high concentration, long distance"
The impeller and volute are designed with low speed, large flow, and low NPSHr (necessary vapor erosion head). They are optimized for conveying high weight concentration (often up to 60-70%) slurries, reducing the risk of pipeline sedimentation, and adapting to pressure fluctuations in long-distance transportation.
"Zero leakage, easy maintenance" long-cycle operation structure
Heavy-duty sealing system: Standard double-end cartridge mechanical seal + pressure isolation chamber, which is filled with clean water or isolation fluid to completely block the tailings slurry from entering the bearing, achieving "zero visible leakage" and meeting environmental protection requirements.
Back-pull modular design: During maintenance, you only need to loosen the back cover, and the entire bearing assembly, sealing system and impeller can be pulled out along the axis without disassembling the inlet pipeline and motor, greatly reducing maintenance downtime.

Application fields

Tailings reservoir damming and discharge: The tailings slurry is transported to the reservoir area for upstream damming, central discharge or peripheral discharge, which requires stable pumping pressure and reliable continuous operation.
Paste thickening and filling: Transporting high-concentration (paste-like) tailings to deep cone thickeners, or supplying prepared filling slurry to underground filling stations, which requires extremely high concentration and stability.
Tailings re-selection and environmental protection recycling: In the tailings re-processing line, the tailings slurry containing trace amounts of valuable metals is transported to the re-selection equipment, or the neutralized slurry is transported.
Emergency and backup system: As a redundant backup pump of the tailings transportation system, it ensures that the entire line is not interrupted when the main pump fails or is inspected, preventing production stagnation and environmental risks.
