Strong self-priming and conveying capabilities: Structurally, it has a strong self-priming ability (up to 8.5 meters of water column), which enables smooth and continuous transportation of sludge with extremely poor fluidity, high viscosity, or even semi-dry state, and the flow is stable without pulsation.
Outstanding media adaptability:
It can transport sludge with a solid content of up to 40%-70% after dewatering.
It can handle high-viscosity media (up to millions of cPs).
It has good passage for fine particles, fibers (such as hair, fabric), and is not prone to clogging.
Simple structure, easy maintenance: The core components are only the rotor and stator, without valves, and the structure is compact. Replacing wear parts (mainly the stator) is relatively simple.
Variable conveying, stable pressure: Flow rate is proportional to rotational speed. By variable frequency speed regulation, the conveying volume can be easily adjusted. The pressure at the outlet is established stably, suitable for working conditions requiring certain conveying pressure (such as feed to a filter press).
