All-weather high reliability design: The power system often uses turbocharged diesel engines, and key pressure-bearing components are made of special alloy steel. Working principle
The core of this equipment is the principle of multi-level energy conversion and pressurization. The mechanical energy output by the diesel engine is driven by the transmission shaft to make the impeller or piston group of the high-pressure water pump work at high speed. After the liquid is sucked in, it undergoes multiple levels of acceleration (in centrifugal pumps) or reciprocating compression (in piston pumps) within the pump, and its kinetic energy is significantly increased. Subsequently, at the outlet section of the pump or in a dedicated pressurization device, this kinetic energy is effectively converted into stable high-pressure potential energy. Finally, with this high pressure, the liquid overcomes gravity and pipeline friction to achieve powerful and continuous transportation to higher places or long distances.
