Wide flow channel thick-walled impeller
The impeller adopts a wide flow channel design, which is finely ground for strong performance. It has a large flow rate without clogging. If the transported medium is corrosive, a stainless steel impeller can be customized.
Thickened wear-resistant pump body
The pump body is made of thickened ball-milled cast iron material and is treated with electrostatic painting. It is resistant to rust and corrosion. The wear-resistant feet are combined with the base, which can bear the loads of all parts, ensuring the smooth operation of the pump.
High coaxiality and more stable
There is a gap of 0.3 to 0.7 mm between the plane of the pump cover and the plane of the impeller, preventing backflow of pressure water and avoiding friction. This improves the efficiency of the pump.

Ultra-high flow capacity, single machine can support one pumping station: The axial flow pump with a diameter of 900 mm can achieve a single-machine flow rate of 15,000 m³/h (approximately 4.2 m³/s). One pump can meet the peak drainage flow demand of small and medium-sized cities, significantly reducing the number of parallel pumps and construction investment.
Low head and high efficiency, outstanding drainage economy: The axial flow pump has an efficiency of up to 83% to 88% within a range of 3 to 8 m of head, while the mixed-flow pump has an efficiency of 82% to 87% within a range of 5 to 15 m. The efficiency range is wide, and the electricity cost during long-term operation is significantly lower than that of centrifugal pumps.
Double suction/axial flow impeller, good cavitation performance: The axial flow pump blades can be adjusted (for some models), with NPSHr as low as 3 to 5 m, and it has a high tolerance for water level fluctuations; the double suction impeller of the mixed-flow pump further reduces the cavitation margin, making it suitable for drainage scenarios with drastic changes in water level during the flood season.
Can be equipped with diesel engine emergency drive: Large-scale drainage pumping stations are standardly equipped with diesel engine emergency drive (switched through a clutch or gearbox), and automatically switch to diesel engine when the power supply is interrupted, ensuring uninterrupted drainage and serving as the bottom-line guarantee for flood prevention safety.

Application scenario
When a city is hit by heavy rainfall causing flooding, large-diameter horizontal drainage pumps will be activated in the rainwater pumping stations, underpass tunnel pumping stations, and underground garage drainage systems.
When the water level in the river suddenly rises and the embankment is in danger, mobile or fixed large-diameter horizontal drainage pumps can be quickly deployed along the riverbank or on a temporary platform to forcibly drain water outward, thereby effectively lowering the water level of rivers and lakes.
