It can be quickly towed to any drainage site by a pickup truck, tractor, or light-duty truck. After arriving at the site, no complex foundation pouring and installation are required. High-efficiency large-flow drainage performance: Using a mixed-flow impeller, it combines the head of a centrifugal pump and the large flow characteristics of an axial-flow pump. Work mode and operation procedure
The working mode of the trailer-mounted mixed-flow pump is a typical "mobile deployment, fixed-point strong drainage". After arriving at the operation site, the operator first selects a solid and flat ground to park the trailer, lowering the support legs to ensure the stability of the unit. Then, quickly connect the pre-prepared high-strength flexible water outlet hose or flanged steel pipe, lowering the inlet to sink into the water to be drained or the water source, and extending the outlet to the discharge area.
When the preparations are complete, the operator starts the diesel engine on the control panel. The engine's power directly drives the impeller of the mixed-flow pump to rotate at high speed. The impeller sucks water axially and gains energy under the action of centrifugal force, generating both axial thrust and centrifugal force, causing the water to flow out at an inclined angle, thus achieving large flow rate lifting at a medium head. The water flows through the pump casing, collects and is pressurized, and then is ejected from the outlet in a high-speed and large-flow form, quickly draining the water in low-lying areas to rivers, pipelines or designated areas.
The entire drainage process can be carried out continuously. The main tasks of the operator are to monitor the data on the instrument panel, ensure sufficient fuel supply, and observe the inflow and outflow. After the task is completed, the engine is turned off, the pipeline is disassembled, the support legs are removed, and the vehicle can be towed quickly to the next drainage point.
Application scenario
Urban flood and drainage emergency rescue: It is used to quickly drain severe water accumulation from urban flood-prone areas such as overpasses, underground passages, low-lying communities, and subway stations. It is the core equipment of municipal flood control departments.
