The tire-type mobile crushing station is a mobile crushing equipment that integrates the processes of feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying onto the chassis of a tire-type semi-trailer. It enables on-site crushing, nearby processing, rapid relocation, and low reliance on infrastructure. It is used to replace or supplement traditional fixed crushing stations in scenarios such as building waste resource utilization, temporary coarse crushing in open-pit mines/stone quarries, temporary aggregate processing along highways and railways, and water conservancy and earthwork projects. Its core value lies in shortening construction periods, reducing material transportation, and lowering overall operating costs.

 

Assignment mode

 

1.Loading and pre-filling: The loader or dump truck dumps the materials into the receiving hopper, and the vibrating feeder evenly and controllably conveys the materials into the crushing main unit. Many configurations will add grates/pre-sieving strips in the feeding section to divert the soil and fine materials that are not intended for the main unit to a separate channel in advance, reducing the load on the main unit and minimizing ineffective crushing.
2.Crushing section: The materials enter the crushing main unit (jaw crusher/impact crusher/cone crusher, depending on the hardness of the materials and the target product size), completing either coarse crushing or medium-fine crushing.
Sieving and closed-loop circulation: The crushed materials are sorted by the vibrating screen, and the qualified particle sizes of the finished products are sent out by the finished product belt conveyor for storage or loading onto trucks. The unqualified oversized particles can be returned to the main feeding end via the return belt conveyor for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop process until the particle size meets the standards.
3.Multi-machine linkage mode: When a complete aggregate solution of "coarse crushing → medium-fine crushing → shaping/sand making → multi-level sieving" is required, multiple tire stations (jaw crusher station + cone crusher/impact crusher station + screening station) can be connected and coordinated in series to form a movable production line that can be relocated.

 

Structural features

 

The entire machine usually has a ship-shaped vehicle frame or semi-trailer frame as the main load-bearing structure, with the upper modules arranged in a modular manner. Commonly, there are six major systems:
Tire travel and support system: semi-trailer tires, traction pins, legs (hydraulic telescopic legs/mechanical supports), braking system, lighting and turn signal lights, etc., meeting the requirements of both road towing transportation and on-site parking fixation.
Feeding system: receiving hopper + vibrating feeder (often equipped with bar grid pre-screening), responsible for uniform material distribution, preventing blockage, and early soil disposal.
Crushing system (core): crushing main unit and its safety devices, adjustment mechanisms, belt wheel/telescopic shaft transmission protection, etc.
Screening and conveying system: multi-layer vibrating screens, main discharge belt machine, return material belt machine, side discharge or pile material extension frame, etc., determining the finished product particle size and stacking method.
Power and hydraulic system: motor + control cabinet (external power is preferred) or diesel generator set, along with hydraulic station to drive legs, belt machine folding/lowering, cover plate flipping, etc. as the actuating mechanisms.
Control and electrical system: local electrical control cabinet/PLC centralized control, common configurations include start-stop interlock, overload/obstruction alarm, emergency stop link; mid-to-high-end models will provide wireless remote control or remote monitoring expansion capabilities.
