Small Shaftless Drum Screening Machine

The small non-axial drum screening machine is a compact equipment developed based on the non-axial drum screening technology, aiming at small production volume, fine screening, laboratory research, and mobile flexibility, etc. The diameter of the drum in the small non-shafted drum screen separator is usually between 600 and 1200 mm, and the length is 1500 to 3000 mm. The single-unit processing capacity is 1 to 20 t/h. It is highly suitable for scenarios such as small-scale production lines, pilot workshops, universities and research institutes, and small-scale recycling stations.

The drum device is inclinedly installed on the frame. The motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling via a reducer, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material on the sieve surface is flipped and rolled, causing the qualified material (the product below the sieve) to be discharged through the discharge port at the rear end of the drum, and the unqualified material (the product above the sieve) to be discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of the material inside the drum, the materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected, preventing the sieve holes from getting clogged. The drum screen sand machine, drum screening machine and drum screen have almost the same principle and structure. The differences in people's understanding and naming of them exist.

The drum screen is mainly used for grading the particle size of materials. It is widely applied in production industries such as power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering.
