Dredging Pumps
The WN series dredging pumps are specifically designed for dredging projects (such as river dredging, port construction, and reclamation). They feature high flow rate, high head, and wear resistance, efficiently transporting high-concentration slurry containing silt, gravel, and even small stones. The dredging pump is the "heart" of a dredging project, and its performance directly determines the project's efficiency. The CDP series dredging pumps feature a wide-channel impeller design with strong flow capacity. Various pump performance configurations can be achieved by changing the pump speed or impeller diameter.
The dredging pump is a single-stage, single-suction, horizontal centrifugal pump used in on-site construction based on the actual conditions of the dredging vessel's installation space, dredging method, dredging capacity, and silt type. Its large flow rate design provides strong transport capacity, adapting to dredging projects of different scales (such as small river dredging or large port expansion).
Structurally
The cantilevered single-stage centrifugal pump features a high-strength support and simple bearing assemblies connected by bolts. The structure is simple and reliable, easy to install and disassemble, and allows for adjustment of the impeller clearance.
Materials
Heavy material flow components (impeller, pump casing) are made of high-chromium cast iron, wear-resistant rubber lining, or tungsten carbide coating, with a hardness of HRC60+, resistant to sediment abrasion.
Performance
Powerful transport capacity, large flow rate design, wide flow range (50 ~ 10,000 m³/h), suitable for dredging projects of different scales (such as small channel dredging or large port expansion). High head performance, single-stage head can reach 50 ~ 150 meters, and some multi-stage tandem pumps have a head exceeding 200 meters (such as deep-sea dredging).
